Welcome to  Kelly's Sea Glass and Rock Art Store. 

I have been  working with Sea Glass, Rocks and Resin for about 5 years now. I find it relaxing and I like to be creative. 

I love the ocean and beach. My grandparents lived on the Coast of Stockton Springs, ME.  I spent most of my school vacations, summers and weekends down there.  My grandmother always walked the beaches looking for all  sort of sea glass.  She made lamps with sea glass or shells.  She would find so much glass and I would only find a few peices at a time and she would have a small container filled of them.  As years went on  she told me the best way to look is if you think a piece is a rock to hold it up to the light and if it doesn't look solid and the light glows through it then its a piece of glass. It was always the dark pieces such as a dark  green would blend in  with rocks,  rare colors such as blue, red or lavendar were easier to see but whites also blended in.  I always enjoyed searching the beaches for interesting finds. 

As an adult now I figured "what can I make with sea glass and the rocks from the beaches". Pictures, decor and more.  I was going through alot 5 years ago I needed to find something to  keep my mind off things.  My dad was very ill and there were other family matters going on and I needed a way  to keep my mind off things at certain times, this was one thing I enjoyed and kept my mind at peace.  I enjoy making people smile and while enjoying art.  

I like to make things for others and do custom work for people as well. Please enjoy my shop.
